Engaging Today’s Youth – Part 3

This session continues the conversation by exploring key Positive Youth Development models, the essential features of positive developmental settings, and practical strategies for engaging youth in meaningful and empowering ways.

Designed to be interactive and reflective, this training will invite participants to examine how relationships, safe and inclusive environments, youth voice, and opportunities for skill-building come together to support healthy youth development. Through discussion, real-world examples, and hands-on activities, participants will connect PYD concepts to their practice working with youth.

Key Positive Youth Development models and principles
Features of positive developmental settings for youth
Practical ways to apply Positive Youth Development concepts across diverse youth-serving contexts
