MindUP is an evidence-based program that is an easy to implement tool. MindUP helps educators support children to develop the mental fitness to build a happier, healthier and more balanced life. The MindUP Program teaches the strategies and skills you need to find optimism, build resilience and create solutions for life's challenges.

Cancelation Policy:

Cancelations must be made at least ONE WEEK before the scheduled workshop date.

In partnership with the Government Alberta, AHVNA will provide PD funding ($17.50/hour) to licensed educators for the hours allotted to this training. This course is approximately 5.5 hours of training.
