Why a Leadership Community of Practice?

Being a leader in Home Visitation or Early Childhood support can be uniquely challenging, often leading to a sense of isolation. These communities provide:

  • Connection with peers across the province
  • Opportunities to explore new possibilities, solve problems, and create beneficial opportunities
  • Mutual learning through communication, mentoring, coaching, and self-reflection
  • Knowledge sharing and generation through collaboration

Who Should Attend?

  • Team Leaders, Supervisors, or Managers in Home Visitation and Early Childhood Family programs.
