Stress Lessons: Grades 7-12 is a program developed by Strong Minds Strong Kids to equip youth-serving professionals in a group setting with practical tools, resources, and lesson plans. The goal is to help young people better understand and manage stress, develop effective coping strategies, and foster resilience. This curriculum is tailored to the needs of adolescents, offering guidance for navigating the challenges of this developmental stage.

Workshop Overview:

Participants will learn to create teachable moments to introduce stress- management strategies and skills and build emotional resiliency in their students and themselves.

Prerequisite:

There is no prerequisite for Stress Lessons Grades 7-12

Requirements for Participation:

Registrants will be emailed the workbook and expected to print a copy prior to the training.
Participants must attend the entire training to receive a certificate.
For this interactive training, each attendee needs a computer with a camera, microphone, and stable internet connection.

Cancellation Policy:

Registration costs are non-refundable. We encourage you to send a substitute if you are unable to attend the workshop. Cancellations need to be made 1 Week prior to the workshop date.

Should a workshop not reach its minimum registration requirement, it will be canceled approximately ONE WEEK prior to the workshop commencement date. Registrants will be informed by e-mail or telephone, and registration costs will be refunded.
