Child and Youth Development Series
This comprehensive training series is designed to support Home Visitors, Family Resource Network Practitioners, and other professionals who work with families and children aged 0 to 18 years.

The series includes the following age-specific workshops:

The First Year (0–12 months)
Ages 1–3
Ages 4–6
Ages 7–10
Ages 11-14
Ages 15–18

Workshop Overview:

The Ages 15-18

This session, part of the Child and Youth Development Series, focuses on the unique developmental needs of older youth as they approach adulthood. It offers professionals practical strategies to support identity exploration, build decision-making skills, and promote readiness for life transitions such as graduation, employment, and independence. Emphasis is placed on fostering strong, supportive relationships during this critical phase.

Prerequisite:

There is no prerequisite for the training. You can chose any age group session you are interested in.

Registration costs are non-refundable.

We encourage you to send a substitute if you are unable to attend the workshop, as there is a NO SHOW charge for all absent registrants. Cancellations need to be made ONE WEEK prior to the scheduled workshop date.

Should a workshop not reach its minimum registration requirement, it will be canceled approximately ONE WEEK prior to the workshop commencement date. Registrants will be informed by email or telephone, and registration costs will be refunded.
